I have posted their May/June schedule to the Dance Calendar.

• May 25 - 2nd CHANCE -  Country and variety
• June 1  - RICH HOWARD - ballroom and variety
• June 8  - MANUAL DORANTES - ballroom and variety
• June 15 - DANNY KEALY ORCHESTRA - ballroom and a couple rock-n-roll tunes
• June 22 - BOB ROPPOLO - ballroom and variety
• June 29 - DJ Rueben - variety 

As I mentioned in the last post, this is a great dance floor and they need our support to get dances up and running. They also offer dinner from 5 to 7pm. This week the dinner is BBQ Chicken. Dinner and dance is $13, dance only $7.

More Saturday Night Dances

Mesa Spirit has started hosting Saturday night dances from 7pm to 10pm. They are also doing dinner from 5pm to 7pm. They are located at 3020 E. Main St, in Mesa. This is just east of Lindsay, on the north side of Main.

This past Saturday they had Keven Moen who did a great job. The dance floor is wonderful, one of the best we have seen in quite some time.

I don't have their schedule yet, but will post it as soon as I get it. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Free Dance Class

You're invited to "Try before You Buy".  Attend a FREE Sample Social Dance Class on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 7 to 8:00 p.m. and see how you like it.  If you do, you can officially register for the 9 hour class and pay the tuition at the end of the evening.

Saturday Night Dances

Beginning Saturday, June 1st, Burgie Crandall’s Lets Dance Band, will begin playing at Farnsworth Hall. Fransworth is located at Dreamland Villa, 6159 E University Dr, in Mesa. That is just east of Recker, on the south side of University.

There will be a free lesson during intermission, cost is $7 per person, singles welcome.

I understand that this will be through October,  but I have not yet confirmed that with either the Band or Fransworth Hall.

Towerpoint Friday Night Country Dances

Scout Benefit Dance (Phoenix)

Not in Mesa, but if you can make it to Phoenix tonight, this is a great group of Scouters. They will also be raffling certificates from the likes of Arribas, Rito's, Carolina's, Comedor Guadalajara, Someburros, Movie baskets, etc.

Granite Reef and RMMC updates

Dance calendar has been updated for Granite Reef and the Red Mountain Multigenerational Center for the remainder of 2013.
